a citizen of East African Community Member States (Burundi, Kenya, Uganda, United Republic of Tanzania and South Sudan) shall be issued a pass/entry visa to stay for the period of six months

the following countries to be granted 90 days valid visa free of charge: Angola , Benin, Central African Republic, Chad, Cote d’Ivoire, Democratic Republic of Congo, The Federation of St Christopher and Nevis, Ghana, Guinea, Indonesia, Haiti, Mauritius, Philippines, Senegal, Seychelles, Sao Tome and Principe, and Singapore.
Citizens of countries that do not pay entry visa fees while traveling on diplomatic and service/official passports
the following countries have entered into Visa Waiver Agreement or made unilateral decision to allow for holders of diplomatic and service/official passports to enter without requiring visa requirements – including to pay for the visa fees: Angola, Benin, People’s Republic of China (including public affairs passport), Cote d’Ivoire, Central African Republic, Chad, Democratic Republic of Congo, Djibouti, Ethiopia, The Federation of St Christopher and Nevis, Gabon, Ghana, Guinea, Indonesia, India, Israel, Haiti, Mauritius, Mozambique, Morocco, Namibia, Philippines, Sao Tome and Principe, Senegal, Seychelles, Singapore, South Africa, Turkey and the United Arab Emirates. The visa will be valid for 90 days
